I need to move out of my apartment for this upcoming summer. It's at Lobo Village in Building #5. . . right across from the office, pool, gym, and grills. Only my room is available...none of the other 3 are up for grabs. I have one of the rooms with a walk-in closet, and each room comes with its own bathroom. Several amenities are offered, such as WiFi, dryer/washer inside the apartment, full kitchen, dishwasher, etc. The rent is $509/month, but I am offering to pay $109 of the rent for each month. . . that would make the rent only $400 for you.
