Initially I was impressed with this place, although the advertised rent clearly was just a gimmick to get potential residents in the door and the rent was way more than expected. Things started to go downhill with the change of management or staff or something. It took one of the leasing agents a month to figure out which key was the one for the recycling area (which by the way is completely inconvenient for the residents that live above the parking garage). I'm convinced the majority of residents smoke pot and the noise from Long Beach Blvd is almost worse than the soot that accumulates on your patio. Not worth the high price tag for rent. Also, the move out process is a disaster - be prepared to kiss your security deposit goodbye. They will charge you for everything, even if it's non-existent, so be sure to inspect and call out everything when you move in.
