This apartment is horrible! What I liked about it at first were the trees, you could look out your window and feel like your in the middle of nature, but thats about it. The airport is nearby and all you hear are airplanes flying early in the morning and late at night. The walls are old and dingy, the carpet is hard and just plain sucks. It's the cheapest carpet you can find around. There's no ventilation even though theres a vent in the bathroom. You definitely will have to keep the windows open, especially when you cook a meal, because the smell lingers. Our A/C unit smells horrible. Maintenance cleaned it as did my husband but the smell went nowhere. Also, to top it off there are bugs. We've seen roaches, ants and ear wigs. Many ear wigs in the attic. The pest people came on a regular basis but that didn't help much. The bugs would disappear for a few months but come back. I don't know if it was because of the neighbors, but regardless thats disgusting. Another thing is that if you want to live at a place where you want to actually talk to a front desk person, don't do it because they never answer the phone, we drive by the front office and what are they doing, sitting on the bench in front smoking a cigarette. So unprofessional!!!!! And before I moved in, I wasn't aware of this but there's a halfway house right next door so ladies be careful.

Wow! This apartment is the worse I've seen in a long, long time! Mold infested, bud infested. The office staff never answered the phone and the AC broke continuously. When I moved out, I left the apartment as clean as it was when I moved in and they still didn't want to give me my security deposit back. In fact, they charged me over $300 for silly made up stuff that they didn't mention during the exit walk through. Not to mention the LOUD air planes that were constantly flying over head from the nearby airport. This apartment complex sucks, no doubt about that!!!!!! Find anywhere else to live.

Mold infested apartment!! The health department should shut down the complex. Renters be aware!
