I must say the location and units were real nice, great open space with trails and easy access to highway and main roads within Boulder. But RENTERS BEWARE regarding security deposit and customer service once your moved out. I moved to Boulder for work and needed temp housing, due to my travel schedule I was only in my place 4-5 days a month, one room was used exclusively for storage nothing was hung on any walls and one bathroom was never used since I lived alone in one of their 2 bedroom/2bath units. After moving out Oct 1st, management told me I would receive word on my deposit within60 days minus any unpaid bills of which all were paid upon leaving except a small trash/water bill that was paid with rent. Its now 90 days after numerous emails and phonecalls of which they will not return I still have yet to hear or understand why my deposit was not returned nor any documentation showing why. Management is never in their offices during business hours or the door is locked before end of day before their posted business hours end.

There's 4 dogs & 2 ppl in the apartment above me...By default it's just loud! Nice place, but be aware of the scenario you're moving into. Also, just can't ever seem to find remotes to TVs in the gym, and they took off all the attached buttons. When amenities are working it's an awesome place to be, when they're working. Hit or miss across the board. For the price it really depends on each apartment's circumstance. Just be detailed in your pre lease questions and look into the details (flush the toilet, hand in hot tub, etc) to make sure it's all working.

Great location. Wifi in gym does not work, the tv's in the gym do not work, some of the equipment is broken. The pool is closed too often. The dishwasher in unit does not work well, the ac is very old and does not work great, we have to buy fans to help cool the unit. All this would be fine if I were not paying over $2k/month for rent.

I scheduled a showing at Tantra Lake a week in advance and even received email confirmation from the person who would be showing me around. Unfortunately, I mixed up the timing of the showing and was half an hour late. Nonetheless, when we arrived the woman at the desk said they did not in fact have any available units to show me that day. They had a whole week to tell me this and no one had even bothered to call or email. They said they would follow up later to let me know when my partner could view an apartment (I was leaving town before then). They never followed up. The whole place felt weirdly corporate and discriminatory. Also, the geese hanging around the pond in the middle of the complex were aggressive and deserve some hazing.

I love this place! Colorado living at its finest.
