Does anybody even work here? It's essentially impossible to lease. No one answers the phone. Phone messages are not returned. Emails are not returned. As a last resort, you can't even walk as the community is locked off and you're referred to a number which, surprise, is not answered and you're encouraged to leave a message. It's a cyclical cycle of stupidity.

I've been a tenant here for four months an love the apartment and the people who work and support it. These people care and are looking to provide a great experience to the tenants. Won't be leaving any time soon.

This place is amazing!

I am actually shocked that I am not boiling points or punkd. Incompetence has reached an entirely new level with this front office. Management even replaced the original "dumb and dumber" with a pair who appears to be on top of their job but has proven to be just as terrible. I moved out in August and three months later am still dealing with the closing bill. Every time I call or drive over to the the office I am told that "we will deal with this tomorrow morning". I would STRONGLY suggest NEVER living here...ever. Don't even consider it!
