I am seeking a roommate for the middle of may or beginning of June to share my 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse. The house is in an awesome location with easy access to South Broadway, the Santa Fe arts district, and Downtown with plentiful street parking. There's also a dishwasher, laundry machine, and dryer in unit.

I am a 27 y/o lady with a full time job that requires regular travel. I enjoy (in no particular order) trivia, concerts, happy hour, hiking, biking, crossword puzzles, beer, netflix, other stuff. I tend to keep the party outside of the house, but I am happy to have a few people over. I am also venturing into vegetable gardening in the backyard.

Male or Female, 25-35 with a steady income. It would be nice if you have a sense of humor and enjoy doing things too.

No cats! I am so allergic

All substances must be smoked outside

Unitards may only be worn on Fridays (negotiable)

I would prefer a 1 year lease. Deposit is 1 month's rent.
