Apartment complex is not safe. I had my bike stolen from garage, parking pass stolen from my car, my neighbor got stalker notes on her car and other people got their cars broken into. My place was also flooded twice to the point that I had deep puddles in my carpet. Also, jacuzzi water was so filthy at one point that I stopped going there.
Ask them about transfer rule. They didn't tell me about it when i was going to sign the lease. And customer service of the mother company will not find a selution for you eccept making you pay double the price. They are good . But they don't respect costomer. I wish i didn't came here. And i will not recammand it to any frinds.
I would rather give a zero but I cannot. I have to admit that it looks nice on the outside, and representatives treat people really good when you first come. After that, it became a disaster. I reported paint lost on my tub and closet. Not a single time they sent one staff to even have a look at it during my whole renting period. They are so economical that they don't even have the windows soundproofing at the condos facing the main Street. Worst of all, They give people a low estimate on cleaning first and later when you have moved out, charge times more than it. they will make money on you even when you are moving out.
Right now they seem more interested in getting new renters than keeping their existing ones. I am currently reviewing whether I will stay here. I am a top tenant. Have not filled out excessive work orders to replace old appliances. Never missed rent. Kept the apartment unit in better condition than I received it. And lived here a long time, over 8 years. So I know how this place has treated people, what they have done to the property, what their rent policy is, and whether they take care of their existing renters. The new rental rate proposed is above the current market rate...yes above. Longer term renters face a mistreatment problem. How I am treated this time will determine whether I stay. The three floods I have endured, caused through faulty maintenance and property mgmt. arrogance, are pushing me to leave. It has gone down hill a lot since I first came here. My rating is to avoid this place and choose one that values you.
We came to this place and were also won over by the nice appearance and happy faces. While things finally seem to be calming down nearly two months in, we would still recommend anyone stay away from here. The local management team (maintenance and operations) have no accountability for poor workmanship. The leasing agents will tell you anything to get you signed, then stop responding to calls and emails once you do. We moved into a unit that we have had no less than 15 cleaning and maintenance issues, with a majority of those coming within the first few days. Our unit was not cleaned properly after the last tenants left, which is a shame since they were charged a cleaning fee. The Community Manager has no accountability for her team and no compassion for inconvenienced tenants. She is quick to extend a move out clause, but will not right you if they do wrong. You pay for LUXURY and you get an old run down apartment. We found food on our walls, ceilings and cabinets. Cigarette ash on our patio, locks missing from windows. Tacks on the floor. We have our entire patio getting replaced, which means two months after moving in, we are still missing 10% of our full price unit. If you do go against my advice and rent, demand to see YOUR unit before move in day. Once they hand you the keys, they spread like roaches when the lights come on. Luckily, we have not seen any yet!
