The Lincoln Hotel is a residential SRO (Single Room Occupancy) hotel located in downtown in the heart of the Gaslamp District. It is an affordable, secure entry, and convenient apartment community in San Diego. We offer single occupancy studio apartments that's fully furnished with modern amenities such as; Mini Fridge, furnished twin beds, cable ready, Small TV, Nightstand, Dresser Drawers, Mini-Closet, and balconies in select units. All utilities are included. Our community features include a spacious community kitchen, 24 hour laundry facilities, Office Management 5 days a week, Emergency on-call staff. We also have the added luxury to be very close to the bus & trolley lines, shopping, dining, walking distance to local grocery stores, Petco Park, and freeways 5, 94 & 163. We are an Affordable Housing Program with income restrictions at $13,005 per year.

Students are welcomed provided they meet our exemptions. We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

OUR community kitchen & laundry Room are open 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Great Dorm type environment, Ideal for Students & young professionals.
