If I could give half a star I would!! Maintenance is horrible! In the last month (Nov '15) the water has been out 3 times for more than 24 hours only once with notice. The hot water has been out (usually for 2 days or more at at time) at least 3 times. The office hours are set so that you have to take time off work to get in to fill out the needed form to schedule repairs. Dec 1st all 4 trash bins were removed with no explanation...!

They turn the water off without notice, the whole place is infested with roaches, there is a new manager every month...I can go on and on. Don't give these people business.

The worst maintenance service I have ever seen! It would be better to just randomly ask for repairs because by the time they actually get around to FIX it, it will definitely be broken and in need of a repair... 1. Garbage disposal broke (took over a month to fix with water backed up everyday in the sink) 2. A/C Unit broke in December, and I am still waiting for it to be replaced 5 MONTHS LATER! 3. Pipe bursts cause the whole complex to go WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR OVER A WEEK, AND THEN NO WATER FOR 4 DAYS STRAIGHT!!! 4. MANAGER IS NEVER AROUND IN THE OFFICE! If you want to speak to the manager you have to knock on her apartment door and wait for a child to answer, then wait another 20 minutes for the actual manager to come to the door! 5. HOMELESS PEOPLE ALWAYS SIFTING THROUGH THE DUMPSTERS EVEN THOUGH THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SECURED LOCATION! 6. GANGS OF 5-10 KIDS RUNNING AROUND SCREAMING ALL DAY ON THE BALCONIES AND IN THE PARKING LOT. RIDING THEIR BIKES AND THROWING TOYS AND TRASH IN THE WALK WAYS... DISGUSTING AND ANNOYING!!! 7. THEY SAY NO PETS YET EVERYONE HAS ONE AND HALF OF THEM ARE NOT ON LEASHES WHEN THEY'RE OUTSIDE RUNNING AROUND. 8. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO DO LAUNDRY SINCE THE CARD MACHINE IS LOCATED IN THE MANAGER'S OFFICE. SEE #4 FOR EXPLANATION. 9. THE FACT THAT I EVEN REACHED #9 IS RIDICULOUS!!! IF THIS REVIEW DOESN'T HELP YOU TO STAY AWAY, I DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL... 10. OH, AND DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE UNWANTED HOUSE GUESTS... ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE!!!! THEY USED TO SPRAY ONCE A MONTH IN ALL OF THE UNITS. NOW THEY HAVEN'T FOR OVER 6 MONTHS AND ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!!!!!!
