I can't believe these comments below.. Ive lived here since 2 months back and as soon as something was broken they fixed it immediately. Everytime I see the pool when going home to my apt Im thinking "wow I can't believe I live here, this is paradise" and since I'm from Sweden where we don't have units like these. and today when I came home these was candy hanging at every tenants door with a sweet note "happy holidays from the management. The lady who helped me to move in was so nice aswell. I love my home =)))

Nothing good to say. While I lived there someone was murdered and stuffed in a closet at one end of the hall. At the other end someone had their car stolen. No security at all. It borders a public park that doubles as a campground for the homeless. The management doesn't return security deposits. They do like to rent to thugs, maybe because they can relate. They will raise your rent the max allowed every 12 months even if you are the best tenant. Few if any of the laundry machines work. If you like living in fear surrounded by cockroaches, you'll luv this place.

prices are way over priced and with the roachs taking over it looks good at first then the really problems begin i would tell you to look else were

i have been living in this building for about 5 yrs and it is nothing compared to how it iuse to be. it is amazing to read some of these post because i have never had a problem with the management here. i have nothing but good things to say. when i needed help they were there to help. when i needed something fixed i had not problem getting things done. oer 5yrs. and prior management was crazy but since they changed staff i have not had one problem in the past i will say 3 yrs. i love the the marquee. the royal sherman was good but the marquess is great good job...

This place is a total RIP OFF!!! They charge so much for the smallest space! They only have two maintenance workers, who are married and never handle work orders in a timely fashion. The management is very unprofessional with one perverted guy who knows nothing at all and just walks around spying on females! The other is a rude woman who could care less about anything! If you're looking to stay in a cramped place, pay a ridiculous amount of money in a crappy area then this place is for you!!!
