Hot Tub is finally working today after 8 months of being broken. The hot tub is often luke warm and has various particles floating around. I'm being generous when I say the sand in the hot tub helps add to the effect of feeling like you're on the beach... of Louisiana during the BP oil spill. Watched someone hold a knife to someone else, security walked, got scared and walked out. No cops showed up. Earlier today I used the restroom in the Clubhouse, no toilet paper, as usual. Ended up using paper towels. Both toilets were also clogged, no soap in the actual dispenser. More often than not the gate is broken and stuck open and someone in the complex has a huge dent in their car. There used to be two central trash bins, now theirs only one trash compactor and the whole area of it (the fenced in part) is always full of rotting trash.

First off the apartments are nice but the staff is incompetent, the maintenance team only does what it has to, they do not take pride in their work and do a good job. They charge you for the pool water and landscaping. Our water bill during the summer months was over 200 each month. If you complain to someone higher then them well its pointless, even if you have proof they still back the complex. The area is nice, it was great having king soopers right there. but other then that i would not recommend them to anyone. People moved in and out of my building constantly. Even had a car stolen from a gated community, people just reach inside the walkin gate through the car gate and open it and walk in.

This is probably the worse place I have ever lived. A couple of days after we moved in we started seeing mice. After 2 weeks, going to management and maintenance more than once, we still had mice. The exterminator came and put a couple of traps out but didn't help. There is an infestation of mice here and everyone in our building has not even been there a month. Almost as many moving in this building as were already here. Not getting satisfaction. I would not recommend this place. After paying almost $1000 a month we didn't expect to live with mice.

Here at the Vineyards, I experienced some miscommunication with a staff member which resulted in some rather petty actions taken against me. Through all of this, Donna, the manager of the property, was absolutely fantastic. She listened to everything I had to say, and took appropriate actions to try and correct the situation. Donna was unbelievably professional and extremely empathic. She is a true asset to the Vineyards property. The property itself is very nice. The apartments are nicely updated and very clean. The amenities the Vineyards offer are sensational. Work orders are done quickly and the overall energy is very positive. I looked at this property when I first moved to CO two years ago, at the time there was different management present. The feeling was not positive at all and the complex was not taken care of. I believe the Vineyards have worked very hard to change this and they have succeeded.

just fair..... we just finished our 1 st and only year with this place... hot tub has not worked over 7 month's keep being told parts are on order, the security gate have NEVER worked and then we are told they are raising the rent .. why you ask because the owner took out a new loan to repaint the apt, and repair the sidewalks, and the gates, and restripe the parking area I am glad some repairs are being made but there is no pidgin control here and they roost ever where, and you can not screen in the balconies so you will be cleaning up bird poo as well.. there are rules in place for the trash, to bad it just talk,, our person across the hall always has his trash sitting out side the door, and yes it still true only one place to dump the trash, but almost everyone in the office is nice, but you will see the blame always falls on the owner of the property,
