Apartments are large, roomy, big windows and nice garden tubs. Maintenance leader, Michael, is competent and goes out of his way to get the job done! Manager is available every time I have needed to discuss anything. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very good experience living here.

The pools leaves a lot to be desired. It's nasty no one ever cleans it on a daily basis. Maintenance is very poor you have to leave requests for over a month before it actually gets done.

I will echo what most of the reviews have said on here: 1) There is very little parking between the hours of 5pm and 7am. Most of the overflow parking is located on the far north and far south ends of the complex leading to a 15-20 minute walk to get back to your apartment. This is dangerous for single women having to walk back at night as there have been assaults and robberies reported in the area. Most of the parking is taken up by garages and covered spaces which remain empty at all times. 2) Maintenance requests are usually very slow to be filled. I usually wait a week to ten days to get my maintenance requests filled and one more than one occasion I have had to call them to have the repair done again as it was not fixed correctly the first time. 3) It is difficult to communicate with the property management. I have left phone messages and typed letters with the front desk every 2-3 days for two weeks in addition to constant email messages but received no response in regards in an issue with my lease, but did not receive a response until 30 minutes before the end of business on the last day before my lease was scheduled to be auto-renewed at an extra $45/month. 4) The property runs their sprinklers nearly 24 hours a day to the point where we have a flowing stream of water making its way down the center of the complex that resulted in a very large puddle down in the overflow parking area. This stream also becomes a sheet of ice when the nights drop below freezing. I also pay in excess of $50/month for water for my 1BR/1BA apt due in large to these wasteful watering habits. 5) The towing company that they are contracted with are extremely overzealous with their policies. I had a friend staying the night so I could take her to the airport in the morning. There were no 'vistor' spots open since all the residents chose to park in them and her car wound up being towed from the overflow parking area which is not in front of any of the the apartment buildings. Her husband was forced to take time off from work in order to retrieve the vehicle and wound up paying over $300 to get the vehicle out of the lot. ... While the property looks very nice, there are so many issues with this apartment complex it has made me extremely unhappy to live here for the past year and I cannot wait until my lease is up to move to a new property.

Nice apartment but NO PARKING!!! There are garages and covered spots that are mostly empty bc they cost extra. That only leaves a few spots for tenants and very few for visitors. If you park in wrong place or a visitor doesn't park in one of the very few visitor spots, you get towed. I've had to walk half mile from the only parking spot I can find many many times. Not fun in cold or rain.

I love it here at Sendero Ridge. I have lived at Sendero Ridge for over a year and a half and have no complaints. Maintenance and Office Staff have always been amazing.
