New management - stay away!

I have lived here for almost 8 years and really cannot think of anywhere else in Albuquerque I would rather live. Such a gorgeous view of the amazing huge trees and green grass of the golf course and all kinds of small wildlife around the canal, all right outside my patio. Meticulously cared for landscaping plus a lovely pool, tucked away in a private corner - could one want more?

I have lived in many apartments throughout the country, and The Beach apartments are by far the best! Nancy (the manager) makes you feel so welcomed and anything that needs to be fixed is done so immediately. The apartments look fantastic and just as nice as any new apartment. There is a grocery store, Walgreens, a beautiful "beach" and a biking trail nearby (I walk everywhere). If you're into kayaking, there's boat entries to the Rio Grande next to the complex. The Beach feels like a little oasis in the middle of the desert of Albuquerque (especially with the luscious green views of the botanical garden). Overall, this has to be the best value in Albuquerque. Nothing can compare!
