This place is under constant construction. Upon moving in we were promised a pool to be built, which came in around 2 months late. Along with the pool, every single balcony (tenant present or not) is having construction done for the last 4.5 weeks from 7:30am-5:30pm with no end in sight. We were also given no warning of this construction before signing a year lease. This is happening literally outside my bedroom window. (I will be posting pictures). These people do not have any regard for their tenants. I now have to take my dog (which I pay for monthly to live here) every day to daycare. As a student and as someone who is in the job market, this has affected both immensely. Please do not fall victim to these people. They have no problem charging me a late fee my FIRST month of rental, then when I go to see what my bill is the day before it is due, I cannot get a straight answer on what I owe. They are crooks and we will act according to how we are treated. I tried to attach pictures of the construction workers sitting on my balcony but it does not allow me to post links.

DONT LIVE HERE!!!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES AND ARE SUPER ANNOYING! I honestly hated living here with a passion because it is SUCH A HASSLE to do everything THEY want. 1) I know it is convenient with all the food shops, but it gets really LOUD if you open the windows. In addition to the CONSTANT CONSTRUCTION noise that they keep renovating. 2) The management is REALLY RIDICULOUS and are not nice about it. I hate the new management, because they have no leeway with the transition from old to new management and expect you to adjust IMMEDIATELY with them. 3) I was FORCED to move apartments when I had just moved in for 2.5 months, and since I am a student and at that time we were in midterms week, I had to stop studying to move ALL my stuff to compensate what THEY wanted me to do. They also forced us to RANDOMLY remove everything from the cabinets for inspection and NOT CARE about the other things that you have going on. 4) The weather had just started warming up and getting convenient to go to the pool more often, but THEY closed the pool for renovation for about half the year, which is half my lease. I am not happy about overpaying for LUXURY apartments when the apartment amenities do NOT live up to the advertisement. 5) There is almost NEVER a balance on your account when you pay online, so it's IMPOSSIBLE to check if you have any extra charges on your account or not. I DO NOT recommend living here. I am moving as soon as my year lease ends. I hated the loud noise the second I moved in. I think it will be much more worth it to live at the Carmel Pacific Ridge Apartments that is only down the street.

Don't live here!! The management is completely shady, only cares about money and expect ridiculously inconveniencing demands. Tonight after I got off work I had to spend 2+ hours removing everything out of every cabinet in my apartment for "mandatory repairs." Leaving my apartment a mess and tomorrow I'm sure I will have to spend another 2 hours putting it back together after I spend my day at work. I have to pay $50 so my dog doesn't have to be at the apartment during their "scheduled time" which is anywhere in between 9 am and 5 pm. When I called to complain about this they were very rude and told me that it was mandatory like I couldn't read. Yeah I know!!! Oh and 3 days later I got a letter saying my rent had been raised. Thanks jerks I will move out as soon as my lease is up
