PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE. me and my husband have only been here for 8 months and we are already breaking our lease. this is the worst place I've ever lived in my WHOLE LIFE. horrible staff AND THE MANTANINCE STAHH JUST DRIVES AROUND THE COMPLEXD AND PICKS UP TRASH JUST TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE THERE DONING SOMETHING . My husband has had a meting with the manager and she never showed up. she never made an effort to reschedule with him AT ALL. the assistance manager has the worst customer service skills and she is not helpful at all. Don't let me get started on the apartment it self. I will be posting pictures of everything that has happened while we were living in this apartment. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PRICE.

I have lived here for 7 months now and have had a BEYOND terrible experience. I could write a novel about all of the problems. When we first moved in we picked a floor plan with washer/dryer hookups and when our apartment didn't have them all we got was "we're sorry". The water has been shut off at least twice a month for long periods of time without notice. One time it was shut off from 10 AM to 4 PM. we had no hot water for 3 days and when maintenance FINALLY came they said sorry if we knew you had to take cold showers we would've came earlier. ?!?!? Our refrigerator was not cold/working for two weeks before we got a new one. We were supposed to get a new sliding glass door when we first moved in. I'm still waiting for someone to fix my dishwasher that was broken 3 weeks ago, luckily my husband fixed it last week. Our neighbors are ridiculous and bring DRAMA home at least once a week and I have called the cops multiple times. The office staff is absolutely terrible and rude. And if you're thinking about moving in for the amenities, THING AGAIN, it's almost June and all pools and closed. And the tennis courts have been closed since we moved in. I can't wait for our lease to be up.

This place was actually starting to get better when I moved in a year ago. Since the beginning of the year though, I guess new ownership took over and started running the place into the ground. Delinquent kids all over the place now. Loud music from cars and apartments constantly. Most of the people in the office are rude as well. Not to mention they're constantly losing your rent payments. They've lost mine and tried to evict me for it, and they've also lost my neighbor's check as well. This place is very poorly ran, managed, and is a very unprofessional apartment complex. When I first moved in there was hardly anyone in my building or the other buildings around me. Now they're full.. Know why? This complex is now apparently HUD/Section 8. When I first moved in I asked them if it was and they told me NO. Either they lied or that changed real fast when the new owners took over. I was under the assumption they're supposed to notify you of a change like that? Or at the very least, not lie to you! Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. It's definitely going downhill..

The property is absolutely beautiful and there's so many different floor plans to choose from. The office people, however, are horrible. They act like they don't give a darn about you whatsoever. For example, the water is currently off and has been for about 3 hours without any warning at all. I have only lived hare for 5 days and I'm already questioning my move. If you move in here, all I can tell you is good luck!

Guys, please do not even consider this place as a place to live. I should have known from the first day that this was not the place for me. I was promised a place and once I moved here with a Truck full of my items, they told us that the apartment was not ready. After a few minutes of arguing, they finally put us in our apartment which needed many repairs. The windows were not fully secure (anybody can get in them). I put in many repair forms and they have yet to come and fix them. There are things in the lease that are never enforced so you overlook it, then out of no where they enforce it which will end with you paying some lump some of money or they are handing you papers to get out. I have been here 10 months and have made up in my mind to move since the first week. This is a warning, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I will finally be set free the first of June!
