Parking here is a bit crowded, even though this is a new place. The fitness room when I come here with friends to workout is very busy. The rec room where the t.v. and pool table is quite nice. the decor inside the rec room is comfortable and relaxing. Sometimes I prefer hanging out here rather than my friends apartment. The spa and pool area is alway dirty. The pool seems to be never cleaned and the spa is just not even worth the effort to jump in. Either theres something on the bottom of the spa, or it smells of marijuana. At night time, my friend enjoys walking through the pool area for exercise to his apartment, but I dislike it. The tenants over there smoke a lot of MJ. Not a user myself, but it's really disgusting to smell it. Most of these smokers are the younger people. There should be some sort of restriction or control, because there are children that come across that. That's a no-no in my book.

2 years into it and the new management has made a concerted effort to the maintenance and appearance of the property. A marked turn around 6 months prior. Some of the less then savory characters have moved out contributing to the turn around of the property. (less smokers yay!)
