Saw my mom today on property. She saud Sara finally left which was great cause the lady is crazy. Property still hasnt improved since the new manager. My moms looking to move soon. Cant wait to get her out of there. The "gated community" isnt that difficult to get into.

Absolutely beautiful quiet close to everything but far enough away greystar always makes you feel like family

Recently there have been many break-ins at the apartment complex. In fact, I was almost a victim of one just this morning. There is a security company that patrols the complex, but it does not happen all the time. This complex is close to the highway, but far enough away that there isn't a lot of noise. It's also close to Old Winter Garden Road which provides a pretty nice ride that you don't have to pay extra for like 408. It is a pretty complex though. Lots of trees and well landscaped areas fill Hawthorne Groves. This is why I give it a below average rating instead of poor because the location and scenery saves this place from the poor security.
