This unit has a very large bathroom and on the 4th of the July, you will be able to see every fireworks show east of LA in the beautiful downtown loft. All of our units come with a gas oven/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Parking for residents is available for $150/month for a single unreserved space, $200/month for a single reserved space and $300/month for tandem-reserved parking. We pay for your water, gas and trash, and you are responsible for electricity, parking, phone (landline), internet & cable (DirecTV). Pets are more than welcome here with NO PET DEPOSIT!
