There are great places to eat like Ocean Seafood Restaurant, Plum Tree, Sam Woo Barbecue, Yang Chow and our family enjoys New Dragon a small restaurant run by a family that serves excellent seafood, poultry and vegetarian dishes at great prices. Chinatown have Alpine Park, a public elementary school, a Chinese School. hospital, library, a Chinese American Museum and many Christian Churches Great movies like Chinatown with Jack Nicholson and Rush Hour with Jackie Chan were filmed right here in Chinatown. Chinatown is conveniently located near Mexican Olvera Street, Little Tokyo, Music Center, world famous Walt Disney Hall, City Hall. It has his own Metro Station and close to Union Metro Station. No wonder there are so many apartment buildings currently under constructions in the area!.
