When I was looking for apartments in the area, Millenium has the best value for the rent. My apartment looked exactly like the model and was clean. Since then, all requests to the office have been addressed within 24 hours. Also has a great location, spacious a parking garage, plenty of visitor parking. Great place to live!

I have lived in Millennium for just under a year and I have just resigned for another year. This has been a great place to live since moving to the Tampa area. The location is great. Close enough to SoHo and right across the street from International Plaza. Management has been great, they are always more than willing to help out and respond to requests in a timely manner. Whenever I have had to put in a maintenance request, the team responded within 24 hours and the problem has been resolved extremely quick. My time here has been great and I definitely recommend Millennium to anyone.

Ive lived here for 1 year with my boyfriend. They really go above and beyond the average apartment complex. Inside and out are always clean and upgraded. The gym has new and clean equipment. The pool is well taken care of and the chairs are comfortable. About once a month they have some sort of event where they provide food, entertainment and giveaways. They have a gym class once a week, cooking classes monthly, and a food truck parked outside the building weekly. Most importantly the residents are well taken care of. The staff is friendly and any issues are dealt with quickly. I highly recommend Millennium.

This company is VERY shady. The management in the office will tell you one thing, and do another. One employee made a huge mistake on our paperwork costing us more than $600, and their solution was to just white out over the mistake and rewrite it, pretty sure that's borderline illegal. For what you get here, it's way overpriced. There are much nicer, much more reasonable apartments in the area, which we unfortunately found out too late. Be careful, read every line, have a lawyer go over your documents! We learned the hard way.

Staff is always nice and curteous I love this place. Too bad rent is a bit hight for the location.
