I can't wait for this lease to be up..point blank. I wrote a previous review, that shed some light on the nice aspects of this complex, but I take it all back. Living here was just a nightmare. Pricing is absolutely ridiculous. I payed my rent online this month, and the new fee is $39.00!!!!!!!! Are you people serious??? The only thing great about this place is the location. It is absolutely not worth the money. i'm in no way being cheap, it's just honestly not worth it. :(

I've lived here since August 2013 and it has been wonderful. It is a quiet complex. I've never had a problem with maintenance. They are nice and have fixed everything I've ever mentioned. The management have always been accommodating, plus they sign for packages and keep them safe. There are three pools and a laundry room and a pretty nice gym! This place is awesome. I live right beside the pool and even people who go to the pool are not loud and wild. This place has been perfect for me. It's super close to Wawa, Walgreens and Walmart. I love it!!

Since moving here I have dealt with a broken AC unit my first week, followed by a moldy unit replacing it. It took me over a month of complaining about the mold to get an actual NEW AC unit. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have dealt with roaches from day 1 all the way to the end of my lease as well as bed bugs that my neighbor had had for 6mos come into my apartment. Massey repeatedly told me I didn't have them and they "couldn't travel through the walls". Yet I saw them myself as well as the eggs and was covered in bites. The walls have mold in them as well and you will be constantly sick from it. The neighbors apartments are not "remodeled" and stink. You can smell it coming out their AC units. Not to mention the shoddy work they put into "remodeling". My bathtub is painted over, so it is impossible to fully clean, and there are many many paint chips in it. The carpet had bleach stains when I moved in, the ice maker has never worked in my "new refrigerator"... the list goes on and on. At 5 months pregnant I have bigger concerns and refused to renew my lease. (Not to mention they jumped the rent by almost $200.) Never would recommend this place.

This is a very nice complex. It's about average price-wise but is worth the little bit of extra you're paying. It's within walking distance of a gas station, a grocery store, a convenience store and a beautiful park. The location is just perfect. If it wasn't for the price, I would have stayed there longer. If you don't mind odd inconveniences like having too few cable jacks and not having a garbage disposal, this place is great. The appliances were all fairly new and worked very well. My only complaint is that there is only one place for trash, and it's off the beaten path. The amenities were great, too. The fitness center doesn't quite replace a gym membership, but it does have a decent amount of equipment and a good number of cardio machines. The pool was always clean.

People are too rough on this place. Sure, take their opinions into account, for perhaps I have been lucky. I live in a studio. It is nice and clean. I find the complex very, very quiet. I find the management to be fine. UPDATE (6/20/15): I still like this place quite a bit, and they recently installed new deep sinks and granite counters, but rent just went up $140, and that's my special rate as a resident! When I moved in 2 and half years ago, rent was $550. Now it's $790!??? For a studio??? And that's the discounted rate. If you check the website, the studio goes for $860 (though perhaps move-in specials might make it lower). I'm sorry. The place is quiet, clean, and gated, but it is far from a luxury community.
