I absolutely loved living at the The Preserve, the units are well laid out, the finishes are great and the amenities... WOW! The Pool is fantastic, the grills are great, and that's probably the nicest gym I've ever seen at an apartment complex! I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they were always friendly and the maintenance crew got anything done (that need to be done) quickly. The only drawback, literally the ONLY drawback, I hated the parking rules! It was tough when friends wanted to visit, or you had an extra car, every weekend I felt like I was moving a car outside the gate. But everything else was fantastic! If we didn't have to move to Austin, I would have continued living there!

Truly enjoy living here! Staff is very friendly and maintenance is done in a timely manner. I have never had an issue with anything. I moved in about 4 months ago and already know I will be signing another lease. Cant wait for summer so I can use the pool!

I must say, the property management team is spectacular. In particular, the property manager herself is top notch! Simply put, the most understanding, respectful, polite and accommodating property manager EVER! We love her! My family and I recommend The Preserve on Fredricksburg to anyone moving into the area. Conveniently located right next to I-10, the Medical Center, and all of your shopping needs. You need to experience the astounding atmosphere for yourself to truly understand. The place is the worst place I've ever lived in. I started a new job in San Francisco and they would not let me break the lease. So I said jokingly "would you still charge me if died" they said we would charge whoever is responsible for your estate. The first night I parked my car there, I forgot to put my parking sticker on the car. They had the car towed. I lost a parking sticker, they wanted to charge me $350 for a new. I was outraged and complained. She explained the parking passes are expensive. I explained to her that was more expensive than gold. After I moved out on October 25, they sent me a bill for 2 days in November. When I asked what this was about: They called and left a VM saying it was for 2 day of November. dah I called back and asked for someone to explain why I was being charged for two days. they never called me back, so I thought the issue was resolved. They sent me to collections. And to top it all off. The ac vents in my place was blowing mold for months and it was making me sick. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I love this place! Its a fun place to live that's close to everything. I am ready for pool season!
