So glad I moved! Great location is pretty much the best thing going here. The finishings are disappointing for how high the rent is. Cheap laminate counter tops and floors, cheap press board cabinets, appliances, etc. For a community that charges 2k a month for 1 bedrooms I'd expect much more. The property management company ConAm doesn't seem to understand the concept of customer service. My bikes were stolen from the parking garage and I asked for my insurance deductible to be split with me instead I didn't get as much as an apology. After living in the building for several years and paying already to much for my unit, my rent was increased about $200 a month when the lease came up for renewal. In speaking with my neighbors this was a minimal increase in comparison to others. Needless to say there have been a lot of moving trucks lately. I ended up moving one block down the street to a nicer place with higher quality finishes for $400 less a month.
