I read some comments and its like night and day compared to now. This is really not a bad place to stay at all. The staff are really helpful and flexible. The community is relatively decent for being close to a military base. However, there are alot of young kids around, ages 10 and younger so it can get noisy sometimes if you live on the bottom floor, Other than that it is pretty quiet. The grounds are always kept up and the complex is pretty clean. Community is gated at night so you need a pass code to enter. The only negative is that you do have to pay for water separate from rent so in essence you really are going to be paying around 580-600 a month instead of 550. This is probably the best living complex that you can get at 550 and still have a pretty big spacious apartment. Check it out sometime.
