Love that place. Will rent there if I live in San Antonio Again! Very friendly staff and excellence customer service. Moved out halfway of the contract due to deployment, but it's the best apartment I have ever stayed in.

I lived at White Rock for approx. 4- 5 years and LOVED IT!! Not only is the apartment beautiful (not to mention the pool), but they have a spacious pet park area that is always fun to walk around with my dogs in. The office staff is awesome too! Especially Amanda! She is always so kind and sweet and makes sure you are well taken care of. She thoroughly explained my lease when I moved in and continued to do so with every renewal! She honestly is the reason I stayed so long! I recommend White Rock all the time to friends and truly do miss living there!

We have lived here for 2 years, going on 3. We have transfered from 2x1 to a 2x2 and love the floor plans. The prices are great and we have never really had any issues. Maintence staff is amazing!! Our work orders are done within 2-3 days (filter changing). The Assistant Manager Lorena and Amanda are the best.

When i moved into this place my boyfriend was already a resident. We lived in a larger 2 bedroom apt with roommates and then moved to the smallest 1 bedroom after. The only time the front office staff was nice was when we were signing the lease for the new apt. Other then that they will nickle and dime you for everything possible. They are not helpful and do not know anything about the apts other than to charge you as much as they can. You can ask a simple question and all you get is "oh I don't know, i will have to check on that for you"... And then never hear back from them until you go talk to them again. They have an online rent payment system that they cant explain to you how to set-up. Their nightly drop box got broken into multiple times so they now make you find sometime to come to the office to drop off you check. When you work a full time job and don't get home until after they close and leave before they open, that is very inconvenient. The maintenance staff is polite but do not know how to fix anything. Our AC broke on a Wed night. They came Thu and "fixed" it for it to just go out that same night after they were closed (they do not have 24hr maintenance). Fri comes along and he is in the apt ALL DAY "fixing" the AC once again. Goes out that night as well. He is there all day Sat and cant get it fixed and said he would have to come back on Mon and finish. We argued with him and the front office that it needed to be fixed now not 3 days from now because it was supposed to be fixed 2 days ago, he finally got whatever he needed and fixed it that Sun. This place is not secure at all. Anyone can get in through the gates. I see people who dont have parking passes driving around all the time and people will just wait outside the gate for someone else to open it so they can just follow them in. The gates break all the time and hardly ever work. My boyfriends truck got broken into and his light bar got stolen right off the top of his truck. What did the front office do? Not a damn thing. That is just sad. They do not have a designated area for smoking so there are cigarette butts everywhere. Whenever inconsiderate people smoke right under your porch the smell lingers in your apartment for days. Again the front office won't do anything about this other than say "We will see what we can do about this". I would not recommend anyone to stay at the apartment complex.

We had a roach problem since day one in side our apartment and outside in the hallways and pool area. Even with pest control coming out multiple times we had problems with roaches the whole time we lived there. Needless to say we moved out as soon as our lease was over. We also had issues with fire ants that came into our bedroom and living room windows. They are all over our bed and the walls. Besides having a roach and ant problem, we also had problems with our neighbors. The lady next to us use to smokes in the hallway all the time. The smoke came into our apartment and made the whole place smell like cigarettes. The parking is another issue. Before we moved in I asked about the parking situation since I read some comments online about the horrible parking situation. We were told that this issue had been fixed but that is far from the truth. I was also forced multiple times to park on the other side of the complex and outside the gates. I don’t feel safe having to park out there late at night. On top of that the gates do not work half the time. We had all sorts of people come to our door trying to sell stuff or get money from us. There was trash, cigarette buds, condoms (yes condoms) and dog poop all over the place. People leave leftover food and drinks laying around in the hallways. I’m pretty sure that that is contributing to the roach problem.This was the worst experience I have ever had.
