Agree. Intersection at Lynn and 24th needs a light and crosswalk.

The crossing of Lynn is scary. It's the widest spot on the entire corridor which is totally unjustified. The whole section of 24th between Fuel and the Library should be a safe walk zone and crossing. A second light at Lynn coordinated with the library light would do wonders for the entire business district.
