Beautiful old Barn on Winnicut Road in Stratham. The townspeople of Stratham passed a 5 million dollar conservation bond to buy back the development rights of some of the town's nicest parcels of land. Stratham's Conservation Commission Ad Hoc Committee additionally worked to get grants for purchasing these parcels. A good portion of the land on this property was conserved by the town ... allowing us to enjoy these beautiful view for decades to come!
