The Payne-Phalen area has had better luck with keeping their landmarks than some neighborhoods. This new bar/restaurant breathed life into a pre-prohibition bar (built in the 1880s). The beautiful original bar is the focal point, but the labor of love to rehabilitate this building is apparent as well. This is definitely worth checking out! #Payne-Phalen
