The many trees along all the streets provide plenty of shade while still getting the complete open-air environment while walking or jogging in this completely pet-friendly area.

In addition to the private parking garage there is plenty of parking along the road here on Farmers Market Way and also on some of the neighboring streets.

Just be on the edge of the buildings you could see the skyline of downtown Dallas. The sun is pointed directly at me at this time but I imagine in the evening it provides for a beautiful sunset.

This is one of the long shaded walkways between some of the buildings here. It's clear that the maintenance at this location takes very good care of all of the grounds on the property as everything is very neat and well-kept.

This five level parking garage provides ample parking for the residents and visitors of the large apartment complex and the gated entry provides much-needed peace of mind a s security in this downtown urban area.

The red bricked sidewalks, the black rod iron fences and the white rocks and trees placed throughout as landscaping are all characteristic of the design for this entire area of Farmers Market Way.

They have done a really good job of making this community feel like it's in the whole different area because as you can see just hundred feet away across street looks like a completely different neighborhood and it essentially is.

They did a nice job when planning this little community of keeping things visually pleasing, and this is proven in many of the little details that can easily go unnoticed. Positioned in the middle of this photo is an area between two buildings with some large air conditioning units but as you can see they have put in some nice brickwork so as not to create an eyesore for this peaceful community..

Every Every corner and every front these buildings has a wide walkway great for bike riding jogging running or walking with a pet or with friends. The sidewalks are nearly as wide as the road itself.

Bike racks just in front of the fountain courtyard area for easy switching between a bike ride and a peaceful walk or sitting at one of the many benches to read on the Kindle for a while.

All of these sidewalks that run around the apartments on Farmers Market Way are dotted with strategically placed trees and rustic street lamps which give it a really nice look and very comfortable walking environment.
