Halfway across the overpass on NE 10th Street, there is clearly marked sign that prohibits crossing the street. Although demand might not be high at this section of the road, I didn't understand why it was not allowed - there are street signals directly overhead. The only other crossing in any direction is at least 100 yards away....plan accordingly!
