For those driving North on Humboldt Ave look for the big wooden Alterra sign. It is easy to miss the coffee shop unless you are heading south on Humboldt Ave. The pic represents the view just as you cross Locust St.

I love to play basketball at Pumping Station Park. The park features two fenced in courts (really cuts down on time wasted chasing a loose ball) though not NBA regulation sized (if I recall correctly, close enough for fun though). A great park for watching or playing softball.
The Riverwest community provides a warm loving home for artists of all talents and disciplines. The gentleman in the photograph is representative of the diverse creative community displaying works at the street festival.
THe Shalem Healing Center provides the Riverwest community an alternative for health care services. The Riverwest community portrays its diversity and acceptance through the variety of services from heath center to taverns found on Center St. and Locust St.
