Dee C: The area is filled with lush green spaces. The area is kid friendly and also a great place for a picnic lunch.
Dee C: The Downer Woods legendary status is built on more than UWM and the lakefront area. Quality homes made of bricks and earthy stuff line the majority of every block in the area. I am hard pressed to find a kit house on this side of town; good job old school fore-fathers.
Dee C: This property has more reinventions than Flava Flav. One thing students and locals have some to expect from this spot is the campus bookstore and book exchange is off campus in this building.
Dee C: Yes, Wisconsin has a winter that usually involves snow and diminished sunshine/daylight hours. We do not stand for walking around looking pasty when a tanning salon is on campus. Drink a beer and get down with brown.
Dee C: Home to the under appreciated and legendary UWM Panthers. This campus stands as friend to the community home to the early GIS tools founding fathers.
Dee C: Downer Ave. is an well kept legendary secret in Milwaukee. This historic street parallels the UWM campus, Downer Theater, new Pizza Man Restaurant and provides a corridor to Milwaukee's lakefront.
Dee C: The Bikesmith Shop has retained a legendary status in the Milwaukee community for more than 10 years. While cycling for fun, competition, and exercise has recently grown in eco-popularity this institution remains steadfast in the community.
Dee C: The Brewers Hill area is filled with a variety of housing options. The community mixes renovated homes of more than fifty years in age with new condos for sale.

Dee C: The legendary Annex has been a venue to Milwaukee's best DJ's and entertainers from across the world. The Annexxxxx is cool and the other side of the pillow.
Dee C: Marquette has constructed a great looking engineering building. Seems pretty awesome.
Dee C: As you exit 94 east/west you face Clybourn St. and the South facing portion of Marquette Univ. campus neighborhood.
Dee C: This area is great for walking, biking, and cycling. Knapp St. runs east into Prospect Ave. Prospect Ave. runs parallel to Milwaukee's lakefront and connects to Lake Drive. Lots of brand new condos and apartments in the area.
Dee C: The neighborhood legendary and iconic church sit within a mix of new construction and classic old world buildings. The church is one of many within a few blocks of the Milwaukee lake front.
Dee C: I was told the County Clare is a great place to go for Brunch on Saturday and Sunday mornings. It also is one of the few places that properly serves Guinness beer, which is quite a unique treat.
Dee C: Kellners Greenhouse has been in the community for years. A great local business specializing in organic plant varieties of vegetables and flowers.
Dee C: This iconic local bar restaurant is well know for great steaks and excellent service. The restaurant is a destination for great food located blocks from historic Brady St.
Dee C: The Southgate community is much more than the mall shopping district and popular businesses. A great place to bike ride and exercise if Lakefield Dr.

Dee C: Our Lady Queen of Peace Church and School has been in the community for more that 20 years. The school is located within walking distance of great residential and commercial areas.
Dee C: The Yankee Hill area is filled with walkable sidewalks great for traveling to local shops and exercise. The community also offer several nightclubs, pubs and eateries.
Dee C: If you wonder what Kings Head does, the answers is hair. They are beautification experts for the scalp. Providing hair styling, replacement, and barbering services.
Dee C: Yankee Hill feature to large longstanding developments The Yankee Hills Tower Apartments. The apartments are very clean modest 1 bedrooms and larger luxury accommodations are available.
