Excellent coffee stop on your walk through Boulevard Park. They also have hot chocolate for the kids and is located next to the playground of the park. Perfect location. :)
Accessible by vehicle or on foot from various trails. One of my two favorite parks in Whatcom County. Has a stage at the North end that is used by various local artists and for many different events throughout the summer. Must see for visitors any time of year, but dress warm!
