Excellent living location! You are walking distance to all the cool bars and restaurants on S. Lamar, Barton Springs and even First Street. Very easy to get to Zilker Park and the Lady Bird Lake Trail. It's also an easy bike ride to the hot spots on S. Congress. Love it!
