One side of the crosswalk has a ramp, but the other does not. It is not a total loss since there is a driveway not too far south if the crosswalk, but it is a busy street and awkward to detour out of the crosswalk.
This is a small cafe run by a very nice couple. You can find all sorts of things to enjoy including home-style Taiwanese food (it's all vegetarian), #icecream, #bubble-tea, and smoothies.
