One of the many fast food places here in this town that helps travelers rest their tired bones and fill their stomachs. I wish we had a WalMart though. One of my favorites.
The giraffe park with a church across the street. A busy street. Not really sure who uses this park because there isn't any real parking except on the busy street or a little on the side.
Subway open 24 hours built within the last 6 months. Good sandwiches. In a great location. Very helpful when ordering for large groups or donating for a good cause.
EZ mart on corner of Barnard/Lovekin where many state and other employees heading into work the early shift buy breakfast and the best burritos around. They open at 5 am and is family owned.
Recently changed the name to the Joe Wine Recreation Center for youth to be safe and try different activities plus a weight gym, racquetball and basketball gym.
Located as one drives in from the highway on the corner of Lovekin/Hobsonway. People must park in the hotels parking lot or across the street to walk to it but it is prettier than dirt.
Scott stadium at Palo Verde High School. Very nice running track and field. Open during school year for the public to use to walk or run on it between 3-8pm.
