Jennifer Kjellgren: One of my FAV grocery stores in the city. Nice and small - great gourmet selection of goodies, easy parking and friendly staff. I actually prefer it over whole foods due to size and lack of crowds

Jennifer Kjellgren: Sidney Marcus Park is a popular Morningside Park. There is a very large playground and lots of trees offering lots of shade - perfect for hot summer afternoons.

Jennifer Kjellgren: Druid Hills is made up of a series of linear parks designed by famous landscape architect, Fredrick Law Olmstead. These historic parks intertwine with the neighborhood for some of the prettiest walks in the city.

Jennifer Kjellgren: Unique Nail is a full-service nail salon at the rear side of the Midtown Promenade. They have great service and prices are reasonable and have less of a wait than some of the other places around. Very clean also

Jennifer Kjellgren: Metro Fresh is one of the best places in Midtown to grab a fresh, healthy meal. Mitch and company serve up the best soups (6 fresh daily), salads and sandwiches. It's a local favorite and can get crowded during the peak (12-1) lunch hour.

Jennifer Kjellgren: Trader Joe's Midtown is a VERY popular place. The selection is great, but be warned - the parking lot on the weekends is very, very busy and can be difficult to find a place to park

Jennifer Kjellgren: The Troy Peerless Lofts building is a converted laundry facility on the register of historic places. Today it's loft condominiums and is a very popular building due to it's unique architectural style

Jennifer Kjellgren: The historic Old Fourth Ward park is a beautiful new city park. It also has another use - as a water retention center for storm water.

Jennifer Kjellgren: St. Charles Ave is the oldest street in Midtown. Here you will find many Victorian homes dating back to before the turn of the century along with craftsman style architecture from the early part of the 1900s

Jennifer Kjellgren: The Children's School is a popular private school in the heart of midtown that takes children grades pre-pimary through sixth.

Jennifer Kjellgren: The Ansley Golf club is a popular intown club. It is a private membership club and is located in the heart of Ansley Park

Jennifer Kjellgren: Callanwolde is a great place to visit. There are all sorts of art and cultural classes available. Even if you just want to go by and walk the beautiful grounds and see the historic home - it's definitely worth a visit. If you go in the Spring - the azaleas are some of the best in the city!
