It's easy to miss because it blend into the neighborhood.
The historic building, now the offices of a local newspaper, was once a small lighthouse for the 1870s stockyards that were a few blocks away.
Great place to picnic - sit on the levee and watch the river traffic out of New Orleans, day or night!
