David Mace: This is physically located over a mile to the west of the location that you indicate. The data for Palm Desert is basically set up like someone threw a virtual grenade on top of it and scattered the location data for EVERYTHING miles in every direction from their actual locations.
David Mace: A MASSIVE indoor shopping center with over 100 occupied stores, fully 1/2 mile to the east of this point, in that big, 'empty' space with 'San Gorgonio Way' going through its front parking lot.
David Mace: Trader Joe's is physically 100 yards east of this point.
David Mace: A college. Not visible on 'Walk Score'. Instead of a parochial school that your kids MIGHT attend for a couple of years, IF they are the right religion, how about a school that most people can attend ALL THEIR LIVES?
