So glad I finally moved out. Had consistently loud upstairs neighbors. Countless complaints to the management who refused to respond. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

I don't like how they don't have enough light in the back parking lots and they have no surveillance, we've got stolen already three times from our cars and we've only been here for 3months, and if you have a family don't live here either cause people complain about noise of everything even your TV, dishwasher and even if kids are making a little bit of noise cause you can hear everything the other person does, even on holidays it was crazy because people were complaining of noise of music and tv the police and the holiday and birthdays get ruined cause really cant have visitors people of the noise/................. Bad place to be believe me, we cant wait to get out of here we are loosing way to much money by having to repair so much for our cars and its SUCKS!!!!!!!

This is one of my worse rental experiences. This place is trashy, and for your money spent you can get a better place for only a little bit more. Epic property management runs this and many others in the area. They will raise your rent guaranteed at the end of your first year. They wanted to raise mine by 70 bucks. Their reasoning was that the "market" was going up. Truth be told Epic property management is able to raise the rent at all their sites, and claim that the "market" is going up. This is a low life tactic to fleece you out of your money. They prey upon people who can't afford to move over and over again. The lease agreement is designed around making you pay more if you fail to read/remember every bit of it. for example if you put in your 20 day notice to leave, and your last day would be the 2nd of the next month? you get to pay for a full month instead of them prorating it like everyone else in the free world. The community is trashy as well. On many occasion i would go out to my truck and find peoples garbage in the bed of my truck. I had comcast internet and would never get what i paid for in terms of download and upload speeds. I paid for 50m and would get 18-20m at best. The nodes are overloaded, and the feedback into the system causes frequent internet loss. I highly recommend you do NOT rent here or at any other "Epic property management". your money is better spent else where.

This place is the slums. The only nice thing about it is that it is conveniently located next to everything in the South Everett ghetto. Other then that after living there 2 years the kind of loyalty they show you is raising your rent $210/month. It is like pulling teeth to get anyone from maintenance to do anything, and when they do TRY to "fix" things they end up putting holes in your walls or by the time they leave the thing they fixed is broken again. The management changes all the time, they went through 3 managers in the 2 years I was there, and each one was worse then the one before them, and they all add more stupid, and pointless rules(like no back in parking because it damages the buildings, but they refuse to post signs, then ticket your car anyway). The office staff is useless and none of them know what they are talking about. They refuse to return phone calls and are constantly coming into your house, yes they give the mandatory 48 hour written notice, but their "reasons" for entering are bogus. Mostly they are just checking up on you and snooping around. I have been out for almost 2 weeks and damn it feels so nice, but I haven't heard a word on my deposit yet... I have already called twice today and heard nothing back. The manager was "With a resident" when they transferred me to her, which sounds like a load of bull if you ask me, why would you take a call if you were already busy... DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I promise that you will regret it!

atrocious management i received no deposit back they charges are bogus the place had constant fire alarms going on at all hours of the day and night If i had to choose between this place and sleeping on the streets I would have gladly picked the street and been in less debt and free from their bull excrement. Run from them just run
