The management knows everyone by name and is very personable. I don't think I've ever come across an amazing management staff like this before. They know when you have a package, will help you carry it to your apartment if it's too heavy, and they keep you very well-informed about what's going on around the community.
My boyfriend and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the facilities and staff here at Windsor at Broadway Station. Shoutout to Rachel and Sam: you both have been particularly helpful! From the time we were touring the apartments to the lease signing and move-in process, Rachel and Sam have been so helpful and welcoming. Whenever we've had issues (which have been few and far between), they've been nothing but communicative, helpful and professional. Another perk: we love having covered parking on the same level as our apartment in the building! (Even though it's on the 5th floor, so an admittedly loooong trip from the ground floor.) But on the positive side, it's literally a 15-second walk from our spots in the parking garage to the door of our apartment. (The key fobs make messing with keys one less thing to worry about when your hands are full, which is nice as well.) Also: the maintenance team. At our old apartment it was nearly impossible to get repairs done. Now when we have an issue (lightbulbs, sink leaking slightly, etc.), they are there to fix it as soon as they reasonably can, and it gets done right the first time. You guys are so amazingly efficient at what you do. If you like craft beer and wine, it's also really close to Former Future Brewing and a really good wine, beer and liquor store. (Divino--they give 10% off on wine to Windsor residents as well, which is sweet.) The Windsor staff also organizes events with Declaration Brewing, which is one of our favorite breweries currently. Most of the residents are in their 20s to 30s, but it's also really quiet in our experience. The walls are thick and the windows are triple paned. Our apartment faces Broadway, and we can barely hear the traffic. The apartment itself is really nice. Ours has hardwood floors and gorgeous granite countertops, but I know concrete floors are also an option on the first and second floors. (That's the only thing we'd love more than hardwood, but we also love the views from the 5th floor.) *Summary*: I can't recommend this building enough, the staff is great, the apartments are nice, and you should seriously consider checking it out.
We have lived at Windsor for 6 months now and I love living here. The leasing staff actually cares about the tenants and immediately addresses any issues. We have struggled with finding a building where we fit in and we have found it here at Windsor. The other tenants are young, active and welcoming. Thanks Sam!

Great place to live with an extremely helpful, friendly, and professional staff. Maintenance requests are taken care of within 48 hours. Resident activities and parties happen on a regular basis and are always well catered and fun. The apartment layouts are great, and the 9 foot ceilings are amazing. Appliances are all new and work very well. With a washer/dryer included and wood floors in the kitchen/living room areas, the apartments are great. Only downfall is the location next to the train tracks, but it's really only an issue if you have your windows open (and a train is coming by). Lived here for 2 years and only moving to be closer to work. Also there's a lot of new restaurants, coffee shops, workout facilities, etc. moving into the area. Very easy access to downtown and 25 freeway. Within walking distance to Wash Park and South Pearl Street.
