I lived in a 4 bed, 1.5 bath apartment here. Here's what I have to say: - Lots of friendly neighbors. - A lot of children live here. - Cat & dog friendly - Dog park, gym & outdoor pool available. - Parking can be a problem once in awhile. - Close to a lot of restaurants and walking distance to King Soopers. - Super close to lightrail stations.
The apartments are falling apart and the kitchens are not updated. We are constantly having maintenance issues. Our pool furniture is old and falling apart. The pool is basic but serves its purpose. The apartments are close to shopping. I would not recommend these apartments because of all the issues and they are not worth what they are asking for rent.
I have live here for three years now. I would recommend my friend’s to live here. I have made many friend’s here. There are some very nice families. There is a lot of kids here, and for the most part very good children. Most of the parents are around to keep an eye on things. Like all places, things get out of hand sometimes. Parents intervene, and office staff is there to help when needed. The office staff is very nice. They have rules of course to be followed, and they get on the tenets that don’t . Witch is nice! We all want to live in a nice, and safe place with our families. The office staff , and most of the families here all help with that. When things happen the office staff will step in to help. They do have polices to follow as we all know. But for the most part. They are very nice, and help in any matter that needs attended to in the best way they can. The summer’s are a lot of fun with the kids playing out side, and the swimming pool. Families are outside more, and friends are being made. I have to say with the office staff enforcing there rules, and keeping up on the tenets it’s a nice place to live. We all work together to make it safe, and fun for our children, and families.
This was the worst experience I have EVER had. This was my first apartment and they took advantage of me. I didn't get to see the apartment until after I was going to sign the papers. They gave me the keys after messing up the paper work. She told me to come back the next day and sign the lease. We walked into the building and the smell of weed came pouring out. It was in the hallways and all through the apartment. The closets wouldn't open and the heater vent was pieced together. I went to lock the door because I wasn't going to stay there and I was not going to let me two year old live there, the lock would lock right. I ran out to stop her and she spend off. I went back the next day and gave them the keys back and told them I wasn't going to take the apartment. That same day I found a better place that was kid friendly. For the next person, make sure you see the apartment before you fill out the app and hand over you fees.
Not a bad place. It used to be called "Mountain Run" and now it's "The Falls". They have a pool and excercise room. I've been here for 5 years now, and it's pretty decent. The neighborhood is good. The location is great. Grocery store, hardware store, bank, car part place, all within walking distance. The neighbors themselves vary from 4 young people living in one place, a single professional in a place, handicap, couples, whatever. There's all sorts of people living here and there's no minority. There's barely any noise problems here. Crime rate is slim to none. Apartment managers change about every 6 months, but they all are nice and don't screw you over. The apartments themselves are clean, no dinge, no infestation problem, also a good size. The maintenence guy DOES work and makes sure everything is running effectively. (Just make sure to let them know if something's broke, as he may not know about it)
