Wish I could give a zero. Property is very outdated. You can hear all of your neighbors. People don't pick up after their pets. Management states they can't do anything, but the rental agreement specifies a charge for not picking up after pets. Even when you point out the dog and the owner to them. They just don't care. DO NOT LEASE HERE. Update: now the residents are just putting their trash outside. Bet management says they can't do anything.
I lived in a 4 bed, 1.5 bath apartment here. Here's what I have to say: - Lots of friendly neighbors. - A lot of children live here. - Cat & dog friendly - Dog park, gym & outdoor pool available. - Parking can be a problem once in awhile. - Close to a lot of restaurants and walking distance to King Soopers. - Super close to lightrail stations.
Do not rent here. This apartment will tow vehicles without authorization or notification to me personally, because of minor cosmetic damage. It cost me over $250 to get my car out of towing, and they rudely notified me that they would not be reimbursing me, and would sue me for leaving a review about the experience. People need to know not to trust The Falls at Lakewood. Additionally, the apartment has various damages that were present before my lease began, such as leaking faucets, old, rotting cupboards, ineffective blinds, and often insufficient water heat.
The apartments are falling apart and the kitchens are not updated. We are constantly having maintenance issues. Our pool furniture is old and falling apart. The pool is basic but serves its purpose. The apartments are close to shopping. I would not recommend these apartments because of all the issues and they are not worth what they are asking for rent.
I have live here for three years now. I would recommend my friend’s to live here. I have made many friend’s here. There are some very nice families. There is a lot of kids here, and for the most part very good children. Most of the parents are around to keep an eye on things. Like all places, things get out of hand sometimes. Parents intervene, and office staff is there to help when needed. The office staff is very nice. They have rules of course to be followed, and they get on the tenets that don’t . Witch is nice! We all want to live in a nice, and safe place with our families. The office staff , and most of the families here all help with that. When things happen the office staff will step in to help. They do have polices to follow as we all know. But for the most part. They are very nice, and help in any matter that needs attended to in the best way they can. The summer’s are a lot of fun with the kids playing out side, and the swimming pool. Families are outside more, and friends are being made. I have to say with the office staff enforcing there rules, and keeping up on the tenets it’s a nice place to live. We all work together to make it safe, and fun for our children, and families.
