I have lived here at Desert Gardens II every since I moved from Colorado in Jan 2014. Choosing to live here is one of the best decisions I have made. The staff is there to help 24 hours a day it does not matter what the issue is, they just want to make sure the tenants are taken care of. I had surgery last year and with all of my family in Colorado I was pretty scared, but Jane was there to assure me that the staff was going to be there for me if I needed help. I give Desert Gardens II and One a five star rating!
Terrible terrible place! If you're single and have no kids, I guess this place would be ok. But if Youre married with a toddler living in a two bedroom apartment, DONT MOVE HERE! There is no pantry which means you have two cabinets to put food in, thin walls and can hear your neighbors conversations clearly, you'll have to deal with rude management, and if you feel like extending your lease, they will add $100 more to your rent per month. $900+ is not worth this small space! Not to mention you get threatening emails from management very often about sucking more money out of your pockets.
they mess up paper work so you lose you help from the goverment . so you are on the street. they kick people out all the time.. They invade you pravite space it in the contract witch is illegal any ways they can not make u sighn any contracts the violate your rights..I know 3 families that have been thrown out
Friendly staff. Clean grounds. Cozy apartment. Great first place for us (newly married). Safe. We'd love to stay another year. Fitness classes offered free to residents is always nice. I'd absolutely recommend this place.
horrible place to live at if you have kids. you get fined if your kids are outside playing. get fined if you have a relative or friend stay the night. the people in the front office are rude and snobby. i wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
