Too expensive, bad management, terrible parking and beware of extra charges after lease ending. Management expects the apartment to be in "ready to move in" state for another tenant right after your lease ends. Resident has to pay for regular wear and tear as well. I wish I could give no star.
The millington is an awesome place. it is beautiful as it is invigorating, the drive ways are wide and clean and the staff is super nice and professional. Chelsie is quick to correct any concerns and the maintenance crew is top notch. always on top of service and repair. I'm super happy with the complex and staff. A place to call home.....Thank you Chelsie
This place used to be the best in Everett but high prices in Seattle sent "rats" fleeing the overpriced real estate and packing in to these apartments with a bunch of low income roommates rather than a bunch of Boeing contract engineers that work all ours of the day. It is not non smoking so if you don't smoke, you will be dealing with that. The units are decent but built a with poor craftsmanship. Rooms are note square, bathtub creaks under foot. Wort of all, after getting laid off and moving out to seek work, they tried to charge just shy of $6,000 for 3 months rent and carpet replacement even though they told us we would not by liable for carpet after 12 months. 18 months later, the cheapest white carpet in the word needs replacing and we have to pay over $1,300 for that.
I have lived here for a few months and i gotta tell you i'm in love with the place. Great layout, attatched garage, friendly staff. People who left poor reviews seem to be inexperienced in living in apartments. I've lived in 7 different apartment complexes, and this is by far the best. Issues listed in reviews are issues you'll read about most all complexes. Check this place out the tour will sell you right away. Nice thing not a lot of kids or teens, generally boeing workers live here so it's generally pretty quiet.
My wife and I moved into the Millington 4-5 months ago after touring the community on three separate occasions and meeting with two different leasing consultants. The exterior appears to be beautiful, complete with new construction, a nice pool, and a posh club house. The oversized one bedrooms are also very clean and spacious. All in all, we thought we had finally found our little slice of heaven... The day we moved in and started to get settled, we heard our upstairs neighbors enter and walk around. Of course, his footsteps weren't your typical walking sounds, rather a HORRENDOUSLY LOUD STOMPING that caused vibration all throughout the apartment. After closer inspection, it turns out that our ceiling has absolutely no sound insulation and I wouldn't doubt if upper and lower units share the same floor and ceiling without concrete separation. To make matters worse, we have to listen to our upstairs neighbors bedroom play almost every other night, which is disgusting -- as clear as what you might hear inside some flea bag motel with razor thin walls. Bed sqeaks, voices, the whole shebang! Finally, don't expect management to help you at all with your claim. They are all professional and polite when you sign the lease and hand over a check, but the moment you show any concern about the noise they start saying things like "nobody else has complained about the noise before" and "I'm sorry, but other tenants have rights too," etc.. Bottom line, the Millington is a huge facade. Beautiful and professional on the exterior, but poorly constructed and ridiculously loud on the inside. We are looking forward to getting out of here as soon as possible.
