Hello! My name is Nick and I am looking to sublet one bedroom in a three-bedroom apartment in Allston as early as May 18 through August 31. I will be graduating BU on May 16th with an Ed.M. in Counseling and Sport Psychology and will be starting a job in Dallas this summer.
Please find attached pictures of the bedroom and apartment. The bedroom has two large windows, a closet, portable dressers, and a comfortable work space. I will be leaving behind a twin-sized bed frame and mattress, as well as a desk and leather office chair-all of which you can keep.
Our apartment is on the second floor of a three floor complex and offers a large living room and kitchen. The living room comes with an L-shaped couch, coffee table, and dining table with four chairs provided. The kitchen contains three commodious glass pantries and open space for extra storage. It is stocked with utensils, cutlery, and cookware-again all of which is yours to keep upon the end of the summer. You are also welcomed to take with you our coffee table, dining table, chairs, and television stand.
The apartment is conveniently located on Park Vale Avenue, which is a one minute walk from the Harvard Avenue T stop on the B-branch of the Green Line. An abundance of restaurants are available within walking distance as well as numerous night-life venues. Boston University's Fitness Center and Coolidge Corner would both be easy 10-15 minute walks.
Rent is $833 per month. If you are interested in moving in during May, the rent can be pro-rated and negotiated according to when you are available to move in.
Regarding utilities, hot water is included in the rent. Gas, wifi, cable, and electricity will be divided equally among tenants. For each tenant, this will be approximately $5 on gas, $40 on wifi and cable, and $15 on electric each month. Air conditioning units are available for each tenant as well.
One roommate is a recent graduate of Emmanuel College and is working in finance. The other roommate is a recent graduate from Boston University's School of Public Health and is working in the medical field. Both roommates are female, very friendly, neat, and are in their early-mid 20's.
Thank you very much for your interest and please feel free to email, text, or call with any questions!
