1 bedroom with high ceilings and closet available in a gorgeous Victorian-style home blocks from Alamo Square Park

The House:

- 12 bed / 6 bath house (you would share a bathroom with one other person)

- Full kitchen, fridge, huge living room, co-working space, backyard with grill, and in-house washer/dryer

- We live in the bottom two floors of a 4-story house (room is located on the 2nd floor)

- The house was completely renovated in August 2014

The Room:

- A medium sized, hardwood bedroom with a closet

- Large bathroom that is shared with one other person

The Tenants:

- There are 12 of us--most of us have lived here for about a year, some are also new to the house

- We are all in our 20s, come from all over the country, and work in a variety of jobs from engineers, to consultants, to psychologists.

- During the week we like to keep evenings quiet and will often hang out together in the living room or barbecue in the backyard

- On weekend nights, many of us like to go out and occasionally we'll throw a party, while in the day, we like spending time outdoors (playing basketball, biking, hiking, basically all typical SF outdoors activities)

Who we are looking for:

- We are looking for a friendly and open-minded person who enjoys living with a lot of people

- Financial stability is a MUST

- Keeps public spaces clean

- Likes to have fun, explore, and go on weekend adventures

Total move-in cost: $3,000 which is made up of:

- $1,500 July base rent

- $1,500 Security deposit
