I've lived here with my roommate for a few months so I feel pretty comfortable writing an honest review. Location is AMAZING it's what drew us here in the first place. Everything is within walking/biking distance, or a very short drive. The apartments/buildings are so nice and new. 9ft ceilings with lots of huge windows, everything is new and clean, and they let us paint the walls. Don't know if we just have quiet neighbors but I never hear any noise from above, below, next door, or the street. The staff is great as well. The woman who showed us around (Sarah?) was so helpful and friendly. I brought a clipboard full of questions and she answered all of them (yes they change the locks, yes there is a sprinkler system in case of fire…). Maintenance has always been very quick to respond. Our A/C didn't work and they were here within 24 hours to fix it on a weekend. They saw my roommate struggling to move in some furniture and they helped her get it up the stairs! So nice. I can barely think of a complaint, but here it is: they don't ask for ID when you go to pick up a package from the front office. Seems insecure so I send my mail to a PO box instead. Everything else about this place is perfect! If anything ever happens I'll be sure to comment, but I have almost no complaints.
Not a good location. Very noisy due to restaurants. Lot of bikers on Century blvd. Very unclean. Crappy floors, paper thin walls. Stinking hallways/stairways. No assigned parking. Mind you this could be an issue with retail parking and apartment parking all in one place. You can find cans/bottles thrown in parking lot. The parking spaces are also very small comparatively. Definitely wouldn't recommend unless you don't find any other apartments around for the price. Price is the ONLY thing that is good about this community. You get what you pay for!!!
DO NOT GO TO THEIR "PARTIES". The last time we went to this summer "party", it was supposed to be open for certain amount of hours. when we got there 40 minutes after it started, the food was gone. They bought cookies that seemed to have been products from Giant, only to take it away after 10 minutes. The staff was hungry, I suppose. I spoke to a few old residents, and they said that the new manager is to be blamed for these reoccurring incidents. Allegedly, the previous manager would throw an occasion worth to be called "party". Don't be fooled.
Lived here for 2 years. Loud location, no one cleaned up after pets, and people who would be going to dinner at some of the places around used the parking lot so you could never find a spot. Also, don't plan on enjoying any said spots to eat, because you won't be able to afford it, with the insane prices for these tiny tiny apartments. Also, the staff in the office were always changing, and always clueless. The maintenance staff was very nice, but the office staff were not. When we went to move out, they wouldn't give us a copy of what we signed, saying "they have to mail it." well, come to find out, what we got in the mail and what we signed were VERY different... all of a sudden we owe over 500 bucks, but what we signed said they owe us 60. Of course, the staff is ALLLLLLL different and they have no idea what we are talking about now.
Decent place. Expensive for what you get. Location is nice for Germantown, but it's still Germantown. Smokers everywhere. I haven't been able to leave the balcony door open yet. Nothing mgmt can do about that.
