2) 3rd floor 108 sq.ft. bedroom(s) with 12 sq.ft. closet and shared bathroom = 2 for $650 each

3) 2nd floor 137 sq.ft. bedroom with 14 sq.ft. closet and unshared (not private) bathroom = $750
