I have several 4 bedroom houses near campus. These houses are 1.5 miles south of campus located near the corner of Green Meadows and Providence. The houses aren't like a lot of the rundown houses you find near campus. They are in great shape and are quite a bit newer than others. They are all over 3,500 square feet so they are pretty spacious. The location could not be better with Campus, Wal-Mart, Gerbe's, Hyvee, and many other businesses in walking distance. This is a great deal considering the amount of space you are getting in this location. They all have fenced in yards with firepits and patio areas. There have been many new updates completed in the last year. There is a brand new fire station less than 3 blocks away. This location also has an extremely low level of crime.

The Rent is as low $1,800 for an entire house, but will depend on the property.
