They made it sound like they have a convenient contractor for the internet/TV bill and installation is free, but you find out you get tricked into a scam: the internet bill DOUBLED in less than a year: from $52 to $103 for the exact same service. The biggest pool by my apartment was never heated. The saunas that they advertise are never open during hours that anyone with a 9-5 office job can actually use. Apartment swelters during the summer due to no air conditioning. One of the lights in our kitchen needed fixing and we put in 3 requests to fix it over the course of a month but nothing happened. I had to go back in person and ask, and they put in another note. Two weeks after that, still nothing happened. I went back one more time and they said it's because I have a dog and therefore it wasn't safe for the maintenance guy...yet maintenance never left me any note saying they couldn't come in because of the dog. I was never informed that maintenance doesn't come in if you have a dog. By the way, my dog was a chihuahua/yorkie mix puppy that weighed less than 6 pounds. Then when I moved out, I didn't hear anything from them for 4 months even though I gave my forwarding address and they already had my email address and phone number. Today I get a letter from a collector, saying I owe over $300 4 months after I moved out? They never contacted me ONCE about owing money despite having my email, my phone number, and my new forwarding address, but they send that information to a debt collector? The debt collector charges a 9% interest rate that I apparently am billed for when this is my first time hearing about the bill in the first place, and on top of that they have an additional 3% processing fee. What? Well, I have a decent corporate job so I'm not going to spend weeks or months fighting over what I can make back in just a few days, but enjoy the review.
there nice and a good place to live !
